By engaging TendWell Studios ("TendWell," "we," "us") for website design, development, or care plan services, or by submitting a form on this site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

TendWell provides website design and development services (Launch Site, Custom Build, and Redesign projects) and ongoing website care plans (Basic Care, Managed Care, and Full Service). Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are confirmed in writing — via quote, proposal, or service agreement — before work begins.

Care plans are billed monthly through Stripe or a similar payment processor. Each tier includes specific services as described on our Care Plans page, including limits on content edit requests where applicable. Requests beyond your plan's included limit are billed at our standard per-edit rate or may be addressed by upgrading to a higher tier.

You may request to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your care plan at any time by contacting us. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. Project-based work (Launch Site, Custom Build, Redesign) is governed by the terms of the individual project agreement.

To deliver services on schedule, we rely on clients to provide necessary content, feedback, and access (such as domain or hosting credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

Upon full payment for a website build, you own the final website content, branding, and design delivered to you, excluding any third-party assets, stock content, or licensed tools used in the build (which remain subject to their own licensing terms). TendWell retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Websites built through TendWell typically run on third-party platforms such as Wix or Squarespace, and may use third-party tools such as Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service, which TendWell does not control.

TendWell will provide services with reasonable skill and care, but does not guarantee uninterrupted website uptime, specific business outcomes, or that third-party platforms (Wix, Squarespace, Stripe, or others) will be free of errors or downtime. To the extent permitted by law, TendWell's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
